My wife and I like our zoom zooms.
The CX-5 is a 2013 Sport (bought in December of 2012). The 3 is a 2008 S Touring (bought in August of 2009). Both have been great so far. The CX-5 has just shy of 19,000 miles and the 3 now has 67,400 after a road trip this weekend. CX-5 is stock save for tinted windows. 3 has Eibach Pro-Kit springs, a catback exhaust from a MazdaSpeed 3, tint, red vinyl interior accents, MazdaSpeed 3 rear valence, red calipers, stubby antenna, and an OEM leather shift knob. All minor stuff, really. But it's my daily driver and my only means of transportation. So I have no desire to heavily modify it.

How's the driving feel of the 3?

Awesome. Very nimble and predictable. Super tossable and fun in the corners. Tons of grip. Pretty peppy and plenty of power to get out of its own way. The ride is a little rougher with the springs but nothing bad at all.

We only have two and one is a Corolla. I like yours!

Good to know. I feel they are great looking hatches, with a great exhaust note to match.

I love it. It's a great looking car. And it holds a ton of stuff. It has been my personal moving van three times now.

Nice. Hatches are great daily vehicles, that's for sure.

Thanks. My mom and stepdad bought a 2000 Corolla CE sedan brand new in the fall of 1999. It was well liked in our family until my stepdad totaled it in 2004.

That's the best paint condition I've seen on a 1st gen Mazda3 in years. Almost all of them look faded and patchy these days.

Thanks! It has its issues (fine scratches and swirl marks), but I keep it clay-barred and waxed regularly.

That's my Mom's Mazda2 on the left, hopefully it looks as good as your 3 when its 6 years old.
